We want you to feel confident shopping with Clever Corner Co. That’s why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy designed to ensure fairness and clarity.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this window.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• You’ll need to provide proof of purchase or your order number.
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return:
1. Contact us at mail@clevercorner.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide you with a return label and clear return instructions.
3. You must ship the item back using the label provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
• If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will still provide a return label, and the cost may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Eligibility
You may receive a full refund only if:
• The item is returned within 30 days
• The item is in original, unused condition
• The item is not damaged due to misuse
Refunds are not offered for:
• Late deliveries (only undelivered or defective items qualify)
• Partial issues (e.g. minor packaging flaws or delays)
Inspection & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please contact your payment provider or reach out to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item when it arrives. If it’s defective or you received the wrong item:
• Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging
• We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Used items
• Items returned after 30 days
• Gift cards or downloadable content (if applicable)
• Items without original packaging
